1 Bws Ticket

 

1Bws is a really good unlimited travel ticket, that means you can travel anywhere across Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey and Wrexham on all local bus services (except service 28 between Mold and Flint). It is not valid on tourist services operated by open top buses, on National Express coach services.

You can also use a 1Bws ticket on services starting or finishing in Wales that operate direct to Chester, Ellesmere Port or Whitchurch (Shropshire).

 

Adults £6.50

Children Aged 5-15 £4.50

Young Person 16-21 (with a MyTravelPass) £4.50

English and Scottish concessionary bus pass holders £4.50

Family (up to 2 Adults and up to 3 Children) £14.20

Sherpa Weekly Ticket

With a weekly bus pass, you can make as many journeys as you want on any of the Sherpa routes within a zone (start and end destination of your choice) during one week – that’s any consecutive 7 days. Ticket price is 4 times the Return ticket price and available onboard the bus

North Wales Bus and Train Rover

The North Wales Bus and Train Rover gives you ultimate flexibility, you can choose to travel within any two, three or all zones, check out the North Wales Bus and Train Rover Map

Purchase at any National Rail ticket office, onboard Transport for Wales services only or on participating bus services

Terms and Conditions

  • The zonal boundaries are set by the county boundaries as listed. Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbigh, Flintshire, Meirionnydd, Wrexham, Ceredigion.

  • The all zone ticket will allow rail travel between Machynlleth and Gobowen on the Cambrian line.

  • Valid on Transport for Wales and Avanti West Coast  services

  • Discount applies to the following Railcards: 16-25, 26-30, Senior, Disabled Persons, Two-Together (per Adult)

  • Valid by any train within the given zones.

  • Purchase at any National Rail ticket office, onboard Transport for Wales services only or on participating bus services

  • Price valid until 31st December 2022.

MY TRAVEL PASS DISCOUNT SCHEME 

MyTravelPass is a scheme funded by the Welsh Government to provide discounted bus fares to young people.

It provides people in Wales aged 16 to 21 with approx 1/3 off their bus fare.

Show your mytravelpass card to the bus driver, who will take the correct amount off the cost of your ticket.

  • Anyone living in Wales aged 16 to 21 can use mytravelpass. 

  • You should have a permanent address in Wales or attend full time education in Wales.

  • Only the person to whom the card is registered to and whose photograph appears on the card is able to use mytravelpass.

You can use mytravelpass at any time of day and on any day of the week that the services operate, including weekends and bank holidays.

There is no restriction on the type of journey you make when you use mytravelpass. Your journey can be for school or college, visiting friends and leisure.

Post - you can print off a form from the website, fill it in, include a recent passport sized photograph and send it to:
